Patio Heater Repair Service

Patio heaters in need of our repair service is available on branded BFX750 and commercial BFX770 patio heaters outside the factory two year warranty period. The repair service covers the stainless steel burner only, for other components and parts please refer to spare parts page above. Spare parts are listed with full description with an image, parts not listed on the spares page are generally not available, if in doubt please call.

Before booking repair please read the help pages, see patio heater problem solving pages and patio heater top repair tips pages. These help pages contain good advice for generic gas patio heaters and models outside our branded range. If this does not fix the problem bookings (for BFX patio heater models only) can taken by calling direct on 01793 613900 during office hours Monday to Friday. Please have your patio heater model number, serial number or original order number (top right on invoice) ready. If these are lost please provide the customer name which the patio heater was purchased under and approximate date of delivery.
Standard repair service takes approximately two weeks to complete, express repair service is available subject to demand and number of burners for repair.
For repairs to an unbranded patio heater please refer to your original supplier, regrettably we are unable to offer repair to patio heaters outside our branded range. There are many patio heaters sold via traders that are fitted with tin or chrome burners, these are disposable and non serviceable. Due to the high demand for repair to generic patio heaters we have made available new stainless steel replacement burners. Before ordering a replacement burner check the pole size, if it's not an exact match on most heaters the neck fitting (of your old patio heater burner) may fit the replacement burner (swap them over) to marry the new burner with the pole. If a new burner is not feasible then the only option is to buy a new patio heater. Our branded BFX750 and BFX770 patio heaters feature the latest high energy stainless steel burners with quick start controls and now start at a very low £119.99. All BFX patio heaters carry our two year factory warranty including replacement burners and are fully repairable throughout their long life.
