Delivery policy
We have searched far and wide but cannot find a single courier company that will make free deliveries of patio heaters. If "free delivery" is offered then the question has to be asked, "is it included in the price?"  The answer will be yes, free courier companies just do not exists, a charge is made for each and every parcel shipped, the cost will be in the budget. We prefer to show the real cost and let the customer decide.
Free regulator/hose and extras
A patio heater should be equipped to do the job, traders claims of "free" regulator and LPG hose fall under the same "free delivery" scam. Last time we purchased a van the steering wheel and brakes came with the van. Regulators and LPG hoses are an integral part, the specifications should be compatible and match the quality of the heater purchased.
Pricing policy
Check apples for apples, we grade product quality according to the build and components to accurately describe what will be purchased. Why label domestic patio heaters "commercial" when at first inspection it will be evidently clear all is not as it seems. Customer satisfaction is high on the company agenda, we want you to be pleased and pass the news on.
PO Box?
Check postal address, if a PO Box then make sure it's not just a mail drop. Are they UK registered, if not will the law protect you? Always best to deal with a reliable UK company that is not hiding basic company details. The law has recently changed to counter dubious traders, all UK operated web sites must include full postal address, company registration number, VAT number and contact telephone number. Our 2 year return to base warranty covers patio heaters should anything go amiss with the production quality. After the 2 year period we offer support, back-up and a repair service should you need it. Patio heaters up to 9 years old will have spare parts.
