I would like to thank you for your helpful advice and very quick service when ordering a new replacement burner for my patio heater. I made my order at 14:00 and received it at 10:00 the next day. The part fitted exactly on my old compatible patio heater and worked as soon as I connected everything up. Very impressed.

Thanks a lot for your quick fulfillment of my order, within less than one week since order via internet I never thought that a shipment of a small spare part to a private persons in Germany would perform that fast.
The part is installed and works perfectly.
Such quality of service is even hard to find in semiconductor business in Dresden where i´m responsible for spares.
