For patio heater repairs to unbranded patio heaters please refer to the original patio heater supplier, regrettably we are unable to offer repair to patio heaters outside our branded range. There are many patio heaters sold via traders that are fitted with tin or chrome burners, these are not serviceable. Due to the high demand for repair to generic patio heaters we have made available new domestic stainless steel replacement burners. Check the pole size of your patio heater, if not an exact match, the neck fitting of your old patio heater burner can (in most cases) be fitted to the replacement burner to marry the new patio heater burner with the pole. New patio heater burners carry our RTB 1 year factory warranty and are fully repairable throughout its long life.
